Erin Sills is an executive coach and consultant with 13 years experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to her work coaching and supporting executives, senior leaders, managers and professionals in their roles, Erin also has hands on experience to draw from as a senior leader within a high profile, high growth organization.
Erin holds a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science, Coaching and Consulting for Organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University (now Saybrook), and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria, B.C.
Her background includes leadership, team and culture development; strategic planning; communications and media relations; stakeholder engagement; and, customer experience.
